HOW CAN YOU BUY AN ADOPTABLE(S)?

• If I write "Auction" in the description, you have to reply to my comment "BID HERE: NUMBER #1 - #2 and so on" with your offer bidding in chain (reply to the highest bidder). I put in the description the starting price ( SB = Starting Bid ) and the minimum increment a bid can go up, and sometimes I put a price called "Autobuy" ( AB ) for people who didn't want wait for the end of the auction and want that adopt instantly ( in this case you have to reply AB or Autobuy in the comment ;v; ).

• If I write "Set price" in the description you can buy the adopt without auction/bidding. Reply to the "BUY HERE: NUMBER #1 - #2 and so on" comment. 

• If the adopt is "Offer to Adopt", read the description and don't be offended if I don't choose your offer. Even if you think it's better than the other, the decision is entirely up to me.   

• I'll try to warn you if someone gives a higher bid/offer than yours, but I'm not always home, so please check the auction by yourself as well. ;v;   

• You MUST HAVE the money on hand. After winning, I'll note you my paypal and the payment must be done within 24 hours or I'll put the adopt up for sale again.

• Payment is in $ USD or  . I accept Paypal only ( or Points where available $1 = 100  ).

• About Paypal There is a little amount for paypal fees for things like instant payments or goods and services. I ask for a little help with paying for the fees, because if I have, say, 20 different buyers who buy something from me and don't pay the $1 or so fee, I will have to pay the fees for every one of them. And for me ( a private user, not a business user with benefits ) will have to lose $20 D': For every single user it's only about $1 or less. ;;  So forgive me if I break some rules but I don't want raise the prices more. ;; 

• ONLY after the payment is sent, the character belongs to you. 

AFTER BUYING AN ADOPTABLE(S)

WHAT YOU RECEIVE :

• I will send you the unwatermarked and bigger version of the adoptable.
• Extras, such as illustrations, sketches, accessories, etc., if available.

YOU CAN :

• Give to the adopt a name, a personality, you can change clothes, gender, anything you want like your Original character ( but if you have to change evertything meybe you have to search for another adopt ;v; ). Please credit me for the design where necessary.

• You can use it for a story, for an avatar, for a signature, in an rp or story, etc.

• You can resell the adoptables if you didn't want it anymore for THE SAME PRICE you bought it. If you sell the adopt with some other art or commission that you bought of it, you can rise the price to the amount of original adoptables price + commission price ( if you bought an adopt for 10 USD and a commission for 5 USD, you can resell the adopt for 15 USD, not more please. ;v; Request art doesn't count, you can't rise the price for something you didn't buy ;u; ). 

• You can trade the adoptable(s) or gift it to a friend.

• Please, if you resell or trade one of my adopts, tell me the new owner name. ;v; 

• You can ask my help to features your journal/poll/deviation where you resell/trade one of my design.

• If you use a character for a story or for a comic, you can sell your personal product, but you can't sell my original design ( for example you cant put my drawing on a t-shirt and sell it, but you can do a drawing of my designs and sell it on a t-shirt ;v; ).

YOU CAN'T :

• You can't claim the art, the original design, or the species and/or world as your own.

• You can't claim a refund. Buy the adopt only if you want it. If you didn't want it anymore, you can resell it ( I can help you ), but don't claim a refund from me.

• You can't Resell the character on another website without my permission or resell with a higher price.

• You can't Resell an adopt that you won in a raffle or in an "offer to adopt" if you didn't spend money.

• You can't back out on my adopts if it's for auction. Be sure of your choice when you bid on my adoptables. I can tolerate only one back out. After the second, I'll put you into my personal black list.

I WOULD BE HAPPY IF :

• Please, if you want, show me what you do with the designs!   I really enjoy seeing every art, stories, etc. about them. >v<     Thanks~ ;v; 

• I'm happy if you really appreciate the character, or if you can give them a good home. I'm not offended if you don't want the designs anymore and you want to give it to others.  

EXCEPTIONS

• Reserving/hold is only for when I state its availability as an option or for people who have bought from me before. ;v; If you have bought a design from me before, send me a note and we can talk about it~

• I have my personal black list with untrustworthy people: people that scammed me or didn't pay for something, whether it be with points, money, art, etc.. I reserve the right to NOT sell anything to those people. I need money, but I need respect as well. If you are one of these people, I will have no business with you.

• If I change my mind and I don't want sell an adopt anymore for any reason, if the auction isn't closed, or if you didn't pay for it yet, I reserve the right to do whatever I wish with my design until it is no longer in my possession.

ABOUT CLOSED SPECIES :

• I put some info about my closed species but if you want, you can use a character in your personal story without following the "species info", as that's only for a general guide. I would happy if you follow their world and general story, but if you have something else in mind, I'm ok with it! >v< 

• For some of my species, you may make your own characters from that species, however, they must be for story background use only. If you want another actual character, please buy a pre-made design or a custom design from me, and not from someone else. They cannot be sold, as it would be infringing on my rights as the creator of the species.

Kemon Lovers are a (semi-)closed original species!
Meaning once you buy a Kemon from me, you may create more Kemon for their background only. You cannot sell them, unless you completely change the design and make a new species and world of your own from from the elements I've used, separate from my species/world.
(In short: Don't claim, copy/reproduce, and sell my designs/world.)
[Kemon] is short for Kemonsou (Japanese), which means Lamprocapnos, the scientific name of the Bleeding Heart flower.
